Preparing for Your Visit

Each medical facility that you may visit provides guidelines and policies to ensure proper care and attention is given to each patient during their visit. Preparing for your visit is also important. Pre-Visit guidelines will vary depending upon the type of procedure a patient will have performed. It is important that you discuss with your physician to ensure you are ready once you arrive.

Grievance Procedure
It is the policy of Catawba Radiological Associates, Inc.
